In Order to maintain the high quality of the hot tub and ensure the safety of the surrounding environment when delivering our products we use innovative delivery methods such as using a crane.

The delivery prices are based around the needs of the customer. For example it will be evaluated as to whether or not you will require a crane. But, for better orientation, it can be said that 95 % of deliveries require the use of a crane. Before delivery, the location that the hot tub will be delivered to is personally reviewed and the customer will be directly informed of the price of delivery. The price is then invoiced directly to the customer via our delivery partner.

As a non – binding price orientation the average cost of delivery without a crane is 250 euros and between 330 and 500 euros with a crane. 

Our delivery times are generally 5 working days once the hot tub has been purchased.
