3. Date of commencement of warranty: The warranty will become effective from the date you get the products

4. Warranty terms and conditions:

– 5 years warranty for the tub structure

– 2 years for acrylic surface

– 2 years for electronic equipment and controls

– 2 years plumbing components

During the warranty time, we will provide you the new parts once we get the relevant evidential photos from you.

Note: 

This warranty shall be void if the failure or defect was attributable to any extrinsic cause, accidental damage, improper use, modification, adaptation, neglect, wear and tear, improper installation, improper connection with any peripheral, external electrical fault.

Repair/service response time: within 24 hours (official holiday not included)

Please take note that the paper filter and ozone do not enjoy the 2 years warranty time cause they have working life. Paper filter normally need changing every 3 months; and ozone can enjoy 1 year warranty time only.
